Waterford Sports Centre
Large format tiles and mosaic 60x60, 60x30.30x30. This Sports Centre is just 500 meters from the main Cork Road Campus; the pitches there are used by all of the WIT field sports clubs. The Centre also has a swimming pool (the home of WIT Swimming and Lifesaving Club), gym, sauna and steam room, all of which are open to WIT students at reduced rates. Pitches in the Waterford Crystal Sports & Leisure Centre are only available to Official WIT Clubs and must be booked through the Clubs and Societies Office.

Birr Swimming Pool
Refurbishment includes major extension incorporating new changing village, new fully equipped gymnasium, jacuzzi, steam, and sauna rooms. Underfloor heating installed throughout together with upgrade of pool and pool hall. Including new toddlers pool.

This structure was completed in 2007 and is an important amenity for the Letterkenny area and to the future development of the town. The complex has 4 full size Tennis Courts complete with flood lights. 25m Heated pool, Fitness room, Jacuzzi, Toddlers pool, Sauna, Plunge Pool and Steam Room.
